Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help and walk you through our return process.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records and fill in the Goods Return Form (in EN: https://forms.gle/MaQ68Fzk8zqfp5fN6; in CZ: https://forms.gle/iABVNAgVcyuFrcRV6). Then email your request for return/exchange and proof of purchase to our customer service at email@example.com.
As soon as we confirm and process your request, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label that you can use to mail the item back to us.
Place your item securely in any safe packaging of your choice, attach the label and take the package to the shipping carrier indicated on your return label (can vary depending on the country).

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your request.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you through original method of payment. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
We will notify you by email as soon as your return is processed.
