Pajarito Organica, as its name suggests, is a 100% organic, sustainably and ecologically manufactured yerba. It grows under strict supervision with great attention paid to the environmental impact of the process, then collected, organicaly processed and dried naturally in the course of two years. This results in a finer cut and lower stem content, which makes the flavor of this yerba strong and pronounced yet delicate.
