Shipping Information
Delivery companies:
- Shipping is typically handled by GLS, UPS, or other local companies (such as DPD, Post NL, Post Nord, Česká Pošta, etc.). You may receive a tracking number upon request, or you will be able to see it in your personal account.
- GLS or UPC deliveries can also be made to Packstations.
International:
- For orders to EU countries we offer free shipping options based on total purchase price. Those options vary for each country. Express shipping is available in select countries.
- Please note that shipments to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland) may incur customs and VAT fees, which are not included in the invoice and are the customer’s responsibility, typically collected upon delivery by customs or the postal service.
Delivery Timeframe:
- The delivery period starts the day after the order has been processed. If the final day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday recognized at the delivery location, the next working day will be considered the final day.
